ENFORCING YOUR VICTORY

ENFORCING YOUR VICTORY

EPHESIANS 6:10-18

To enforce means to cause something to happen by necessity or force, to compel observance to impose. As God’s children, we are assured of victory at all times no matter what we face in life as the devil is the source of everything bad in the world and in our lives. However, God wants us to resist the devil and stand on the authority He has given us. Brothers and sisters in Christ, to enforce our victory, we must know the truth which will set us free. John 8:32 says ” you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”. We must know that Satan and its work in our lives have been defeated. We must overcome fear which will make us exaggerate our challenges and thus reduces our faith in God’s power and His Word. Fear is the opposite of faith and the devil is the one that releases fear. It is not the absence of a storm but your ability to soar high even in the storm that matters. Faith in the Word of God superimposes the will of God on all existing realities, thus enforcing His will on the situation. When you follow the Lord wholly, you experience His peace. Beloved, we must be steadfast in fasting and praying in the Spirit regularly. Prayer is earthly permission for heavenly interference, bringing God’s authority into all circumstances in our life. We must confess with our mouths as our words set the tone of our lives because God’s Words have creative power. We must regularly study and confess the Word of God to renew our minds.(Romans 12:1-2) Children of the Most High God, in order to enforce our victory, we must be kingdom builders. When the kingdom of God become our priority the struggles of life depart from us and we have total victory in all aspects of life. It is our commitment to God’s work that determine our altitude in life. (Mathew 6:33) The victory of Christ on the Cross of Calvary has been credited into the account of every believer and we have received authority to oppose and discomfit all evil devices of the enemy. OUR VICTORY IS PERMANENT IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME.

PRAYER POINT: Heavenly Father, I pray this prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit, that I be able to trust you enough to enforce my victory every day of my life.
