Romans 1 :20-25
“To whom much is given, much is expected” God has given us enough messages and information about why we should praise Him,
it is now left for us to make worshiping and praising Him a lifestyle. Revelation 4: 10 -11 shows us that God is not lacking in praise and worship. Heaven is indeed full of worshipers that worship
Him day and night non stop. It is a privilege when we are called upon to join the host of heaven. Psalms 33:1 Praise is comely (appropriate) for the upright. It is therefore expected (mandatory as it were)
for the upright to worship and praise the Lord. Not to do the necessary is an act of disobedience. Therefore, when the upright refuses to do the appropriate thing, many things could go wrong:
1. Such one could be replaced Luke 19:38-40
2. He could be debased Daniel 4 :30 – 33
3. He could be terminated Acts 12 : 21 -23
4. God could revoke His covenant with such a person. 1 Kings 11: 9 – 13
5. Such a person may be denied wholeness Luke 17 : 17,19
If for any reason you think God does not deserve your praise because you are not yet where you thought you ought to be,
look at where He brought you from and how far He has brought you. Only His grace could have done that. Praise Him endlessly.
Prayer: Father, please give me a heart of gratitude so I will praise you at all times.
